UNESCO sets 3 April 2018 (by 6 pm Paris time) as the deadline for submitting the following forms:

• nominations to the Urgent Safeguarding List and Representative List
• proposals to the Register for Good Safeguarding Practices
• Requests for International Assistance

As has been the case with previous cycles and according to the Intergovernmental Committee’s decisions, the Secretariat will process approximately 50 files for examination in 2019, while ensuring the treatment of at least one file per submitting State for the 2018-2019 period. Submissions should conform to the use of these forms for the 2019 cycle.
