It contains presentations by Korean intellectual property scholars and experts from related institutions that address major issues related to intellectual property rights in intangible cultural heritage, such as international discussions on traditional cultural expressions of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the issue of new knowledge and property, and digital archives.
